Tasting Notes:

Star bright with a green undertone. An easy to drink, well balanced white blend. The wine is grassy on the nose, but the tropical fruit flavours come through on the palate. Serve chilled.

Pairing Suggestions:
Al fresco lunches, cold cucumber soup, sushi, grilled chicken and seafood.

The Harvest:

All the grapes come from the Polkadraai area, in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Both varietals were harvested early, to preserve the zesty character of the wine, as well as the tropical flavours.
